| i got a new marlin 336y in 30-30. i love that gun. anybody else got one? it is a great deer rifle for smaller hunters. im a big guy but i still like the short 16.25 in barrel. |
I got one of these for my son when he was like 12 yrs. old. He is now 21 and refuses to use anything else. He has grown quite a bit but the gun still seems to work just fine. I have always thought of it as the perfect backpacking rifle for long hikes into the woods. It sure is a "hoot to shoot".
