Just bought a Stealth Cam IR camera. Put it up a few days ago, just pulled it this afternoon, the anticipation was killing me! The day time pictures came out good, minus half being of nothing. The night IR pictures though are very, very bright, I don't know if the cameras malfunctioning or if it's just it was too light, I don't know. Help?

I would check and make sure that the IR is not reflecting off of leaves or something. Most of my prblems with my cameras have been caused by my not taking the time to prep the area well. This could also be the cause of daytime pics with nothing in the photo

According to the timestamp it was at 8:05pm which around here is still daylight enough to ruin an IR shot.  Basically it's dark enough it was tripping the Infared to fire yet it was still daylight enough that it was taking in way too much light for the IR to work properly.  It looks as if it was working properly but it just needed to be darker for a clear IR photo.

I have the same problem with my Stealth IR. Every pic about 10 to 15 minutes before sun up or sun down turns out like this.

Let me add though, other then those few minutes of in between time, it does take really nice pics and decent video. Here's a bruiser that eluded me last year.

is the camera facing the sun when it goes down. try placing the camera facing N or S instead of E or W. I have a cuddeback and it works better when not looking in into the sun line.
