i dont know about texas but FYI midwayusa has a KILLER deal on codeblue scents @ $1 & $2 bucks / bottle. I got 10 bottles in the fridge now, and I'm stocked for years!  and I don't believe the hype about them loosing thier potency either maybe some but oh well @ that price I can use more.

| During the early part of the season, I don't use any scents to attract deer. I usually use those scents during the rut in November. As far as cover up scents go, I usually wash my clothes in baking soda and then seal them in an air tight bag. Once in the field, I will spray down with whatever cover up scent I have at the time. |
