I would like to try a new deer chili recipe this year.  Just curious how you guys do yours.  I know there is a recipe forum, but I figured I would get more responses here.  Thanks.

McCormick Chili seasoning and substitute venison for steak.

I was lazy and did it that way last week.

It doesn't matter, as long as it has beans.

8 oz water
12 oz tomatoe sauce
12 oz of dice tomatoes
24 oz of red beans
1 chopped onion
2 chopped halapenos

Cook on low in crock pot for at least 3 hours

You can play with  the ingredients to your liking, but this is excellent.

cut the venison in very small cubes, and brown in some bacon grease,

you need chilis, tomatoes, the browned venison, salt and black pepper.  I like some cumin and some hot Hungarian Paprika.

NO FREAKING BEANS!!

enjoy.
