Four stations + NC this week. Band definitely seems to be getting weaker, probably due to more daylight.

Next week we'll test 20M before the net and see how it's doing.

I should be around to NC. I left the thread title on 40M but we'll do a 20M check during the reminder
times before the net starts to see if it works better this week.

We usually switch to 20M around May but 40M has been pretty marginal the last few weeks so maybe it's time to do it.

Had copy on 20M but pretty weak here even at that power level.

Anyone seeing anything on 40? I've sent at 2330Z, 2345Z and just now at 2350Z.

I think we've done 17M before but not 15.

I'm not seeing anything on 40M so far and no one else has piped up, if I don't see anything after 2355Z, I'll move the net to 20M.

Strong copy on 20m.

This week, we started a meeting that lasts until 0000Z. So, I'll be starting in the nick of time, and I won't be able to do any prenet signal reports. This will last til the time change.

I had my system up and running early, dialed in so it would be ready to go, and it timed out and shut down. Had to reboot it all.

I think I am getting RFI into my computer when transmitting at 500w. Seems to kill my bluetooth to my mouse and keyboard and it failed to send and erased my message.

I think my problem was a computer charging issue. Hopefully gtg now.

I copied the same amount from the AK station that NCS copied. So, it made the trip to central illinois.

Prop is a little shakey on 20M but vastly better than 40M this week, it seems.

I heard three stations + NC this week. Didn't look like a lot of you were hearing each other, though.

I have the same issue, especially on 40M. I almost never can run the KPA500 above about 150W.

I thought it was due to bad grounding or decoupling, but it's simply that 200W+ getting radiated
from the vertical 100 feet away is enough to disrupt anthing with a wire longer than a few inches.

and probably will continue to do so until the fall.

Band was a little rough, maybe a bit worse than last week.

Three stations + NC, I heard a fourth (Mach) pre-net but never connected during, and needed a relay for one station.

No, I just hear a little of your transmissions, but the roger beep is loud. Fixed my situation so I can TX full power. 20m too noisy around the house. Thanks for running the net!

lol, no, I was trying my 5W remote station after the net and it did not work great!

The PTT doesn't seem to be working so I saw nothing from it.

Good net, prop was a bit better than last week I think, we had 3 stations + NC this week.

Also kind of amusing, I'm using the remote station for diversity receive and GreenDragon's SNR
was higher than my main station ( like 2X higher ) I'm sure that's from desense or whatever, but
it was pretty funny to see him outperforming a 200W signal that's only 100 meters away.
