I going to take my test for my licence in Oct.
but i got my radio now so I can learn how to use it. anybody in west palm beach able to show a noob around a bao feng radio and some pointers. please pm me if you can. thanks |

Unless you're way out in the goonie bushes, there should be more exams available to you.
Check here: http://www.arrl.org/find-an-amateur-radio-license-exam-session Oh, and while you're at it go for your General. There's a lot of overlap between it and Technician and if you pass Tech, General is a freebie. |
