I didn't know these existed until a little while ago.  They are made for high temperature applications (1000 F) and do not have metal coil inserts, just internal ceramic threads.

I have used regular wire nuts with wire antennae in the past, but had concerns about UV degradation and generally ended up wrapping them with vinyl electrical tape for some protection.  These wouldn't need any protection from anything (except maybe sudden impact with a hard object...).

Thought I'd pass along that these are another option for non-solder connections in outdoor conditions.  I got them off amazon & cost is about $0.50 each.

When I had to replace the coil in my gas oven, it came with some.

We used them for ceramic heaters that melted cheese on pizzas before they went in the spiral freezer.

After twisting those things on for a day you don't have any skin left on your finger tips.
