my local EOC is getting ready to clean out the building they use for storage so my wife called me and asked if i wanted to come see if there was anything i wanted. she said there were some computers and radios. so today i stopped by and riffled through what was easily gotten to. this was my haul for today, going back tomorrow. LOL. all VHF for now. there are some UHF and even some 800mhz radios. also grabbed a UPS which looks brand new and is going to get gutted to use as a back up PS for some small items in the house during power outages.
