Cousin bought a house, and knowing I was getting back into ham radio gave me this antenna from the attic. It appears to be some sort of ground plan, I assume for CB.
Main element is 76" long, with 3 - 36" elements that screw into the base.

Base appears to be ready for PL259 connection, and also threaded for some sort of base/ mount.

Base of radials has PAL engraved/ stamped  on them.

Have no antenna analyzer, so cannot check for resonant frequency.

No HF rig here operating, so cannot try and tune up on 10m.

If it is for CB, am hoping I might be able to cut it down for 10m possibly, looking for suggestions on that.

A Ringo looks like this at the base..

Ringos were made for many bands from 10 meters up.

What you have appears to be a mobile style CB whip with a ground radial adapter thin-a-ma-jig at the base. The coax screws into the connector at the center and threaded conduit into the outer diameter threads for a mast.

My bet is it's for CB but would work just fine for 10m, maybe without having to prune it.
