I'm sure that it is possible but how would you go about setting up an antenna at one location while having your radio at another location in the HF bands? My home location is very flat and I would like to set up an antenna in the woods several miles away.  Thanks

Several miles yeah you are stuck with fancy networking solutions.

If flat or LOS to the remote location you might be able to do it with beam antennas between the locations and not have to pay for another internet access connection at the other sight.

You're not going to be able to utilize a remote antenna several miles away from the radio.  You can locate a radio at the remote location and then control it from several miles away.  There are several ways to do that.  Most common is a remote repeater.  Also a remote controlled radio, like the links above.  Depends on what you want to do.
You will still need power to the remote location and some kind of control link, either radio signal, WiFi, internet control, or similar.
You can utilize sky command with the Kenwood TS-2000 and a kenwood HT which is pretty cool.  A internet link or private WiFi or Hamnet link, like Ubiquti devices.

Assuming the land in the woods you're talking about is yours of course.
