| I know there is contest this weekend and I hear lots of active stations calling CQ. At the end of each QSO I hear the stations giving a signal report then what I guess is the # of the contact as it relates to the contest. I'm not trying to accumulate points but would like to make some contacts. Would it be frowned upon to make contacts with a station that is in the contest even though i'm not participating in the contest? |

I just picked up a new entity a minute ago who was in the contest...I run it like I'm in the contest and give everyone a number starting at one. My logging software makes it fairly simple. |
