Yes, a smartups 1400XL. Also have a few smaller ones but they're in need of batteries again. A good investment that has saved many thousands of dollars of computer gear over the years. In fact the only I've lost to electrical problems in the last 20 years I was in too big of a hurry to move, didn't feel up to dragging one of my large enough UPSs downstairs and lost it less than a week later to a lightning strike/power surge. 2 other computers were fine. |

Pretty darn fast!
I submitted a claim on line this morning, and this afternoon I got an e-mail saying it had been approved. The processing time, however, takes 12 weeks. Now, I don't have a clue what that means.  Are they going to send me a new surge protector, or a check, or what??
