Anyone have any good ham radio related apps that they use? I've been using "Morse Code" to help study while I'm at work. It's free and seems to be fairly decent.

When I had a droid I had one that I think was called Ham Morse.  It had a cool function where it would send today's headlines from USA Today.  I would listen to that on my way to work everyday.

The one called Ham is especially nice because it gives you current atmospheric conditions and solar weather.  I've used others than what I've got here, but these are what are currently installed on my phone.

Drove to Charleston, SC this past weekend and had an opportunity to use the Android App "RepeaterBook" shown in Beefington's screen shot in the post above and it worked really well.

I hadn't taken the time to program my radio before we left so as we were driving down the interstate by girlfriend used the app to locate repeaters along the way and manually entered them into my radio. It uses your GPS location to identify repeaters near your location. It was worth the effort too because the repeaters were actually being used

If you have an Android phone I highly recommend the app.

I also used the Echolink app on my phone to check into a nightly net back at home for the first time and it too worked great.

If you're into satcom, then "Satellite AR" is mighty handy. It uses your gps, motion sensors, and camera to produce a realtime augmented reality view of where the birds are. It makes pointing a handheld antenna much easier on ISS passes!
