I'm lost. I've done some searching on google but not turning much up.
My ts 2000 is hooked up to a donner interface. I have had full qso's on 2m fm with fldigi but as soon as I flip over to ssb my waterfall goes blue and I get nothing. I have tested with an oscilloscope and multi meter the levels coming out before and after the interface and its the same, .340ish volts ac on fm and .050ish volts ac on ssb. Of course they are up and down but that shows how different they are. Any help would be great |

What do you mean set for digital? I thought the acc2 was for external tnc and always on. Tge manual says that 50b,c set the output volume and I have adjusted both of those with no results Hi gcw, The TS-2K can be setup for digital modes via menu settings; though, it is a bit complicated. I had one when they first came out so my memory may be a bit jaded. These settings should be in your regular setup menu (Set receiver for digital or the like), what it does is setup up the receiver pass band, and TX too I believe, the choices are centered at 1000 Hz, or 1500 Hz for hf digital or the RTTY pass band up around 2200 Hz. I used one menu set, A or B, for digital and kept the other settings for H.F. voice and CW. Don't confuse these with the A/B VFO, it's the menu setup. To change menu sets, put the rig in menu access mode, like you are going to adjust something, and use the A/B VFO button to engage the other menu setup, go back and forth to see the settings are different in each. If you have the TS-2K software this is probably easier BTW. HTH 73, Rob |
