Applied for a 1x3 vanity call sign on 8/23 and it shows granted as of today (9/11) in ULS. Given that we had Labor Day in there, it basically amounts to 12 business days, or 19 days if you want to include the weekends. Guess it's time to go update my qrz.com profile. ETA: My application was done entirely online through the FCC.gov website and paid for via their online payment as well.
