Hey all,
When I got home last night I had two voice mails from 2 different Hams relaying a Ham gram I believe from 2 other people. They left me there call signs and the call signs of the people who sent them the message and there telephone numbers. Here is the question. I just got my Tech last month and I am not sure what the right protocol is. Do I call them back on the telephone and thank them or what? It was kinda cool since I have not made any contacts on the radio yet. Thanks for your help, Slamming |

Call them back and thank them for the radio grams. It's probably the ARRL shilling but that's OK. Have the courtesy to return the calls. It happened to me. It was the ARRL. Incidentally I also got a signal report from Florida from an SWL that way a while ago. Ok, cool. I got home to late to return there calls last night. I will give them a call tonight. Thanks |
