this is the beginning of my ecomm box. It's a tac-comm carrier with an AT-100pro2, yaesu 857d transceiver, mfj 1106 6 way power splitter that takes powerpoles (it's in the back), and a 12 volt cigarette power port for my netbook adapter or other power needs. I've mounted the radio to the top cover of the tac-comm, will bolt down the 12 volt port next to the tuner. I will use nylon straps to secure the tuner and mfj 1106. For power I have a 115 amp hour walmart deep cycle battery in a marine box with cables. I am going to get a case for my samlex SEC-1235m and 15 amp battery charger. The signalink and cables go in my netbook case. I have an n9tax dual band Jpole and OCF dipole with 80 and 40 meter wires; also I have RG-8x (a 50 and 100' length) and LMR 400uf (50') on extension cord rolls. More pics to follow |
