145.21 use to be a neg offset freq. I know that it has changed. Could someone please let me know if there is a tone or code that I need to program into my radio. Thanks in advance.

Where are you located? I'm assuming you're looking to get into a repeater and the offsets and tones are
location dependent.

looking it up online it still says negative offset with no PL. if it has changed I wouldn't know whats different.

on a side note, my sister lived in Versailles for a few years, I could never get sick of visiting the area.

Yeah, it is a very nice place to live. The reason I'm asking is because 145.21 use to have a ton of traffic on it. I could talk to people all the time running up and down I75.

I think it's 145.19 in the rest of the coverage (most of IN, OH, KY) area.  Used to have to use a DTMF code to unlock it.  Been a long time, but I think it was "73".  I think it was Fairfield Area Repeater Association?  The node close to me has been down for years...

Wasn't that the WB4LAI repeater system? If so, it used to have a voice message that said "Tune us in and rip the knob off!"

I've talked on that one, years ago lol.  They appropriated the "rip the knob off" from a rock radio station promo that made the rounds to the effect of "turn us up and rip the knob off".
