hey, just wanted to say, because I know many people here have recently got their hands on an IC-7000, that if you want to connect it to your computer, the Radio Shack scanner program cable works with it. I picked it up today, (part 20-546) for $35 and after installing the driver and plugging it in HRD opened right up. make sure you check DTR when you set it up in HRD |

Well knowing that a while back I could have saved myself some $$ and used my homebrew CI-V and programmed my scanner
