There's a hamfest here at the end of April. My wallet is already crying. In the interim, or until I get impatient & start web shopping, one of my work partners has an unused transceiver he offered to lend.

I've never been to one, but understand it's something like a swap meet or ham flea market. I'll bring cash, but would it be stupid to also take along an unopened 4g iPod Touch to offer as additional trading stock? I'd rather do that than sell through ebay/paypal & their fees.

I wish I had studied for my general and tech at the same time. The tests I took 4 months apart were maddeningly similar.
