Set up the antenna on a painters pole on a tripod. Some downguys tied to tent stakes.
Antenna: arrow J pole Radio: Kenwood TM271a 
Now I need to set up a go box. |

I have an old SKB rack case with water tight covers that I am going to build into a "go" box. Maybe if I hit the lottery one of these days I'll buy a Pelican case, but for now, I am sticking with what I have for cheap. |

Nice I like the arrow Dipoles , I Have one I built on one end of the house for about 3 years and I have another 2 in the basement not completed because I lost my 3/8 fine tread die  I got to pick one up . Once finished I plan on putting one on this end of the house for my first floor computer desk , the other is going in the camper that Im going to make some sort of quick mount for and then I want to build another for Ecomms , right now I use a elk beam on a end that I made for mil tent pole setup , so I dont have a Omni for ecomms , the pully is to pull up a HF dipole .  |
