Passed my General today, aced it. Also my IC-746 I bought off ebay arrived today by Fedex Ground. It's like new condition, hooked it up to my Butternut HF6V and MFJ-993B tuner. I already made 2 QSOs with it by PSK-31 on 20M using my Rigblaster PnP interface and DM-780 software. This is a lot of fun.  |
Congrats! I didn't waste any time when I first got my ticket either. The station was already warmed up when the mailman delivered the license (no internet ULS back then) and within minutes I was DX'ing on 10 meters. Lithuania was my first contact and Tokyo Japan was 3rd.
