Passed my General test, now I'm setting my sights on Extra. After Extra, I'm going to learn Morse Code.
I was in a bad motorcycle accident a couple of months ago and have been laid up with a bunch of broken bones. I came up with the idea a couple of weeks ago to upgrade my license....wish I would have started earlier, if i had I would have probably been taking my Extra test today instead. Oh well. I'm glad I've got another one down, now I can go play in the HF bands! |
Thanks! It's amazing how much I've learned from reading some of the cool threads on this site. There always seems to be a post with some project that would work great in my shack. I keep a folder on my computer desktop that's full of pics and links to threads that I want to assimilate.
