Took my Tech. exam today and passed that. 
VEC's asked if I wanted to take General. I did however I failed that one by a few.  I guess that's what I get for only studying for 3 hrs today.
I guess I'll have to take General next month. Thanks for all of the links and stickys you all have posted. |
Nearly sure I can pass Tech at this point, and getting better scores on the practice General tests the more I take them, so I'm hoping I can maybe pass both |

I remember passing my tech, coming straight home and posting some threads here about what to get...and with the advice from my cyber-elmers I got my first radio. A year later I have my extra, an HF rig, and get out on the air almost daily. The coolest thing has been that as addicting as radio is for me, its costs way less (by comparison) than shooting. Radios have cost me way less than guns, and electricity is way cheaper over time than ammo
