Yeah, my helpers are good  I was taking out an older fence, apparently the guy that rented the field for horses 10/15 years ago added a fence along side the old one about 3 feet away, the briars pulled it in

Terrible storms last night, farm life goes on, no matter the weather....remember before you do this it doesn't matter if it's -5* or 110* your animals need you to take care of them...come rain or snow... So I filled up their water and went and watered and fed them by head lights and flash lights Attached File Attached File I have to feed them at night now because they are too little to go and forage and then remember where they live, they go for the door in the day time

So I just reupped Wife decided she wanted the hottub at the newer house. Abouyt $300 to have it moved, problem is they couldn't get a trailer back in there to move it. So I decided to move it, tacked up a QA plate to bench as a JIG. just happened to have 4 pc of 2x2x1/4 x 86in steel in my old trooper. Attached File Attached File So I welded three of them onto the QA plate, had to add a couple gussets because the QA plate was flexing in the middle. While I was making this the wife and friend were taking the deck addition off for access. Attached File SO.... 800 pounds 9 ft from pivot point is fkng heavy, I could only lift it about 1 inch off the deck. Coould enough to slide it back to the edge for another bite. Finally used ratchet straps to help support it. Tractor would hold the wt. it just couldn't lift it, so we discovered if we stood on the deck we could lift it and use the tractor hydraulics to support the new ht. with ratchet straps being tightened. Setting onto the other deck. |

You surely realize how unusual this is....first because "old trooper" and second because....what you just happened to have in it. I would wager that nobody else on the face of the planet has uttered this statement before, and that ups your cool factor significantly.  2-What year is your trooper? I ask because I have one I would give you, if you would come get it and have use for it for parts or to actually drive, since you have skillz I do not. We still have love for it, but I will never fix it because I am afraid of the hubs, so I am scared to try replacing the CV axles and no longer have time to get over my fear. |

The fresh dirt on the bank is where I started to build it up higher for better sound control and other people's light management. All the city folks moving in add atleast 2...yes 2 of the super bright tva installed yard lights....
