I was at the local greenhouse the other day helping my aunt that works there, and in the process of looking around I found some Hanover plants.  Never heard of the damn things before in my life.  I'm told they are kinda like a potato??

So arf gardeners what the hell is a Hanover???  Google even appears to be lost on what they are......  Anyone grow them? Eat them??

No, it's actually a vegetable.  I asked my aunt that works there about them, and she said they are kinda like a potato, or something.  Beats me, I'm stumped

My dad tells me they are like a rutabaga, and are orange in the middle.  Not had too much experience with either....

That's what my dad said.  I'm just trying to figure out if they are one in the same, or alike.  It may be one of those names us hillbillies use

That's what I'm guessing. Just some local name. Like poke for a bag or sack.

Guess it may be.  I'll look into it more though and find out for sure....
