It's sans Chickens now, but it was nice while it lasted. I had the pt and plywood materials around and made the copper fish scale roof shingles from some left over flashing.
I put a pipe from the gutter to fill their water with rain or the low flow sprinkler.
The nesting boxes are accessed from the from outside to gather the eggs.
They roost on the bird cage inside the coop and the poop falls to the bottom of the cage and dehydrates there till I scoop it out.
The only thing I wish I had done differently was put some wheels on it.

You may have issues along the top edge of the nest box with water running down the wall and into the box.
And get the code changed. I'm sure some have mentioned the BYC site and their info on changing laws.
