Does anyone have any remedies for this problem? About half my plants have been wiped out but some are ok, i've read about garlic tea and some others, just looking for suggestions to save the rest of my seedlings. thanks

Well i peppered the peat pellets with cinnamon today and they are dry, guess i'll find out how it works.

Air circulation is the key (especially at night). Additives are a weak substitute. Don't water/mist after 2-3 PM to keep your soil moisture down in the evenings.
