I have my compost pile in a shaded (almost totally shaded) corner by the pond. Would it do better if it were in full sun light?

Thanks for any help

Here is some information about composting. I know the author, and I can tell you he knows gardening, composting, and flowers.

Hey RR,
Shade shouldn't be a problem. Size of the pile(mass), nitrogen levels, air circulation, moisture are what make it cook.

Hope things are well with you.
