I'm looking for a good vacuum sealer. Is anyone using a Foodsaver. There is one at Walmart for $99 bucks. Here is the link. Is this a good vacuum sealer.

I use a Foodsaver that I got as Sams several years ago and it works just fine.  The two things I wish mine would do are seal without running the vacuum and stop the vacuum during the cycle and seal whenever I want.

I scored a Foodsaver professional II at the local thrift store a couple weeks ago with a bunch of individual bags and a roll of bag material for $5

Now I have the entry level FoodSaver and the Pro II.

Cabela's CG-15 is pretty chock full of awesome. It is more expensive than the Foodsavers, but people seem to get by with them ok, though. If you are considering a Foodsaver unit, I will defer to those people who can tell you which models to avoid.
