| I keep a small area of the garden where I let the Cilantro grow on its own, it reseeds itself reliably and I treat it like leaf lettuce and keep it picked to keep it growing and extend the useful harvest time. As far as storage goes I am clueless, I love the stuff and don't know of any way to store it without ruining it. |

You can dry it like any other herb, but to be honest, it's not going to taste right. Others in this thread have it right: Plant it in stages, or give it room to go to seed and re-grow. The plants bolt to seed within a couple months.
As an aside, cilantro seeds are also the spice commonly called coriander, if you have any use for it. |
