I am having troubles with leaf miners on my tomoato plants. I was removing any leaves that showed signs, but now nearly all the leaves are infected. What can I do to disrupt the life cycle of these little buggers?

I'm not sure about miners in particular, but I've always used a light dusing of Savin every couple of weeks ?

I was hoping for something a little less strong. Is there some kind of dormant oil that will work?
