I'm looking for a backpack to ues daily done want camouflaged but green or tan will work.
I have many requirements usa made sized about a standard shcool pack not huge lots of pockets to organize junk strong components removable wast belt. It will carry a sig p226 5 magazine knife a book or 2 edc junk gloves fire starter pens keys. Also I have a long torso so a tail pack will work. A hard plate in back to hold up right is fine. I have looked but can't find one with pockets to organize and I have tried the more expensive China made didn't have quality I want. Thanks Matthew |

Try Spec Ops Brand Packs. They are made in the USA and have a lifetime warranty. I have one of their larger packs and it's very durable.
Edit: They have sales often so you can wait and get a better deal. |

Not all of Eagle's stuff is American made, some of it is out sourced to the Dominican Republic or some other central american country. Check the label and the fine print for each item. |

Grey Ghost Gear...check it out. It's be nice if they'd post photos of the insides of their packs Some only show one view of the outside. (yeah, yeah go to YT and look for a video review of whatever pack interests me) ETA: one of the few pack makers I've seen that has offerings in Flecktarn. I like it. |

The more I see review videos of Grey Ghost Gear products the more I like them.
Grey Ghost Gear is a Service Connected Disabled Veteran owned manufacturer of Tactical Equipment for the individual operator. We remain relevant to the customer by being in constant contact with military front line users and first responders. Their feedback is the most important aspect in price point, gear design, and manufacturing. |
| Check out Mystery Ranch, made in Bozeman, MT by one of the ledgends of pack design -Dana Gleason. I have the 3DAP with belt upgrade and I use it for everything, work, shooting, hiking, etc. It wasn't cheap but it is way more comfortable than my THE Pack even with frame sheet. Kifaru packs are of similar quality and cost but I only have their larger models. |

The only mods I've made to my Stealth Operator is to wrap the handle with paracord and I made custom zipper pulls from paracord using a cobra stitch. The interior gun holster really will only fit a small gun like a Sig 938...and only if you don't overpack it. But I use it as a ghb and it's perfect for that. I would definitely try their larger bags but I'm already heavily invested in Osprey. Edited to take out the fucking stupid word prediction errors. |

Check out Vanquest. They are US made and of good quality. I have a bunch of their stuff as do my wife, son, and his wife. We have all been pleased with the quality and service of these folks. More great looking pack the falcon looks great know I have to decide on what bag to get. |
