Wide, padded, ergo-pull hipbelt secures load to the hips for comfortable and efficient carrying
Sliding sternum strap keeps the pack stable on your back; includes safety whistle

Top loading main compartment with drawcord; floating lid extends to accommodate an overload
Separate, zippered sleeping bag compartment keeps your bag easily accessible and away from the rest of your gear
Backpanel sleeve with hanger accommodates a hydration reservoir; hose can be routed through a slot on either side of the pack
Dual front zippered pockets keep smaller gear organized and within easy reach
Stretch mesh side pockets are perfect for storing water bottles
Bottom compression straps allow you to attach a tent or sleeping pad to the outside of the pack
Side compression straps provide load stability and help minimize pack volume
Low-profile daisy chain on the front lets you attach extra gear to the outside of the pack
Gear loops with bungee tie-offs keep hands free and your trekking poles/ice tools safe and secure

I was just about to pull the trigger on a Molle 2 multicam ruck for 89 bucks. Would I be better served going with this one for just a little more?
I was leaning towards the surplus ruck because even though it's on the heavy side it's pretty tough. Would this pack hold up as well?

If all you want is something to hold 60 lbs of gear and say you have a "bob" get which ever is cheaper.
If you are going to use it to backpack , go with the EMS.
60 liter is plenty big, less weight .

I went to go look at this pack (EMS Wapack 60) today and found that they are really designed for youths....I'm 6'1" and it was nowhere near a proper fit.

Yoke is adjustable from 17-20" torso. Definetly a Boy Scout sized person backpack. I happen to have two Boy Scouts and one needs a pack. How was it other than size?

It looked useful, appeared comfortable (padding and venting), but was sort of a neon green meets pea soup color.  I prefer side pockets but he two large front pockets were growing on me.  The store had both the 50 and 60 L versions in stock.
