Huh. I can't get any of their pages to load. I've tried on my home computer, my cell phone, and my computer at work. Everything times out.

This. There are any number of items I want to order, but they have been out of stock for over a year. They need to update the site so a shopper knows whats available, whats not

Sorry to hear that some have had bad luck with them. I had them do a few custom pieces for me, based on their existing designs, and the interactions were all positive. Perhaps give them a call to see what is in stock.
