I'm looking to get a couple of inexpensive bags to stash in my car and what not. Has anybody tried these? They look pretty decent for the price.

Looks nice, the one star review was basically a tall guy complaining he didn't fit and the zipper sucked.

Though they are Chinese made these days rather than England, Snugpak makes really decent kit. I've been eyeballing some of their bags at my local army-navy store with handles their product line. They are nicer than my ARKTIS Halo3 bag, which is a NATO item.

I don't think you'll go too far wrong.

I got a Sleeper Lite after freezing my butt off in a Kelty 32F bag and realizing that I wanted to get into backpacking and therefore needed something smaller. It gets great reviews, I tested it out on a 35F night and I was very comfy, and I'm a cold sleeper. For a budget bag (sub $100) it's great, though if I had the extra cash I'd grab a clearance $180 down bag from STP and save myself 1lb+ along with some pack space.

Only complaint is I haven't been able to get it packed up as small as it came and therefore it won't fit in my pack's sleeping bag compartment. Thankfully, I can just top load it.

I have a ton of other better bag. Mountain Hardware, Wiggy's, Sierra Designs etc. This is just a sort of throw away/loaner idea. Good to know it's decent down to 35, thanks.
