Oh, hell, I forgot that was debuting tonight. Between fathers' day and my daughter's birthday, the whole day was pretty taken up with family things. Have to catch it on demand later in the week if I miss all of the (no doubt) dozens of replays. ETA: Why is this in the gear forum?  |

The first installment did illustrate many of the issues that would be faced in a post apocalyptic society. 13 year old soldiers, lack of food, soldiers vs. civilians, etc. We aren't given any background into how the situation was created, that is expected in future episodes.

| Many flaws in how a situation like that would/should be handled. Large groups of people moving very slowly & camping in the open in open view of a threat with aerial supremacy and ground equipment. Armed folks strolling along looking cool for the camera, and moving in a tight group in hostile territory. I could go on. Mindless entertainment but will watch since nothing better is on in that time slot. |
