I'm looking for a high quality 3-day pack, and I can't seem to find a good site to shop for backpacks. I'm looking for bags around 3,000 - 3,500 cu. in., and preferable in foliage green.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?

The pack I linked is made by tactical tailor and manufactured in the USA, unless things have somehow changed.
As stated above, it sold for that much before TT discontinued it.....

I ordered one of the Tactical Tailor Three Day "Plus" packs last week (They are out now).  It isn't here yet.  I started to order the "Special" Three Day pack, but when googling about it I came across some threads saying that it didn't have a waist belt?  Perusing the description it seems that it doesn't, as they don't mention it.  Figured I better throw that out there for some one more knowledgeable to confirm or correct in case it is a dealbreaker for some.

TT stuff seems to be positively regarded around the net as well made, I just wish they would take better pictures of their stuff so a person could actually see more details of what they make.

I found the 5.11 "RUSH" 72 hour pack on ebay after I'd already ordered the TT "Plus".  If I didn't have the TT coming already, I'd probably get the 72hr. "RUSH" or a Camelbak "BFM" just from what I have read will hopping around the net.  I don't really know jack about the newer packs though.

I have a CFP-90, and a large Alice, but they are too big for what I want (BHB).  I want something big enough to carry what I'll need, but not so ginourmous it'll be a pain to lug around with me at work or wherever I'm at.  If my pack is too big I'll likely stuff too much in it.

I have a Camelbak "Transformer" which I really like, but it is too small in my opinion for a BHB.

I'm also interested in what others come up with, as I may buy some more packs for other family members as well.  I need one more than they do, so if I find something other than the TT "Plus", I can buy it and pass the TT on to the wife.  I want something good, but I don't want to blow $200 a pop to get it.

This is a screaming good deal https://www.entrygear.com/product.asp?id=S0001 for $85.  Sorry, color options have narrowed for this pack, but the vendor, entrygear, has other, smaller packs on their "SALE" portion of their web site.   Made in Vietnam for Specialty Defense Systems (SDS) a USGI military gear supplier, but if that is a concern, remember that an independent Vietnam irritates the ChiComs.

I reviewed this item in (SDS Conflict pack) Tac Gear forum here, and others have made positive comments about the Conflict and other, smaller SDS packs.  Linky:http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=6&f=10&t=334683

Mystery Ranch 3-Day Assault Pack: Smaller capacity than what you asked for (2000 cu. in.).  I have it and like it a lot.

Kelty MAP 3500

I won't buy anything from TacticalTailor due to their discriminatory sales policies regarding body armor.
