i liked my molle II (bought it complete for $50 with the ranger pack as well)  for the price it is hard to beat.  My biggest complaint is it lacks organization.

Check out the Kelty Super Tioga. They carry 90lbs as comfortable as physically possible. It looks like the entire line is being replaced so you may be able to find a good deal.

I bought one of the Molle II packs, Completly new a few weeks ago from http://www.armygear.net/ag/store/index.html They are currently out of stock. They used to be 59.99 + shipping, and they were new ASSEMBLED complete packs (straps + frame + upper pack + waist belt + bottom pack)

They had them in field camo and DCU.

I went with DCU, as almost all of my stuff is DCU. It doesnt match my current location, but does match my B.O.L.

I also  have on of the molle II packs and got it on ebay for $40 shipped brand new

I had an Eberlestock operator pack that I sold and put the rest of the money in the bank

the molle pack is not at all close but cheap and gets the job done.  It's in DCU

I'm attaching a weapons scabbard to it soon

Also look into the cabelas Alaskan pack or any other pack designed to carry meat out of the wilderness if you are looking for pure load capacity in comfort.  This is where externals shine

While not a true external frame, I've been checking out the REI XT 85 pack. Now don't get me wrong, I'm no "go light panzy" but I need more room for extended  hikes so that's what got me looking beyond  tacticool packs. This pack is superbly build and the hybrid frame is damn nice. You can easily pack 60+ lbs with it (which is a killer in my neck of the woods). REI really stands behind their products too.
