https://www.entrygear.com/onsale.asp http://www.specopsbrand.com/Categories.asp?CatID=10 Do yourselves a favor and look carefully throught the WHOLE site. Lots of neat stuff besides the stuff on clearance. Discalimer: no financial interest. I can't vouch for every single item on the suggested Site(s), but I have patronized the vendors, and have no complaints whatsoever. Enjoy, raf |

I posted this simultaneously on TacGear forum. No replies there yet.
Interesting... FWIW, I will be releasing suggested Mining fora as I clear them, both here and in Tac Gear Forum. They may––or may not–– be of interest, but I have found them of value YMMV. Please do not Im me with requests; It would be unfair of me to respond to individuals. |

I'm a little surprised that this topic has not drawn much attention. There are some really excellent value buys on these sites, folks. I took a look. Prices seem OK, but most of it is stuff I have no use for. I suspect that's why it's on clearance. They can't sell it to anyone else either, so they are lowering the price to see if someone will take the stuff off their hands. |

Not sure if joking, but the largest SDS backback (3200 ci) for 1/3 the MSRP should be of some interest, Smaller packs at similar discount.
https://www.entrygear.com/product.asp?id=S0001 Or how about a MULE pouch that will attach to anything, and carry a bladder or whatever? Mebbe you can follow directions and nest it between your alice pack and frame. http://www.specopsbrand.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductID=80 SupplyCaptain has unique items; all of which are worth examining, as many of them will be gone soon. People, I started this thread to introduce you all to some Sites that I thought offered either exceptional/unusual products, and/or very good values––at least as far as their linked (closeout) portions went. You, as consumers, have to eval what the sites offer and decide for yourselves. I've bought items from all of them with no problems at all. YMMV. Again, I have NO interest whatsoever in any of the vendors. |

I have looked through the sites but have not ordered anything. They have good prices on many things that I don't really need or want. I did not really see much point in posting this until I saw you were figuring that people were not interested. I will always check out links folks post if it is something I trust, and in here I generally trust folks. I appreciate the time you took to make this thread and I will surf your new links tonight or tomorrow but overall I am not running around with a huge list of stuff that I feel I have to buy right now. But I have had surplus gear since I was in the scouts a couple decades ago so perhaps this thread means more to others who are just getting started out. |

Just a note on the items RAF listed from entrygear.com and the AWESOME customer service i got from them. I ordered the SDS Conflict pack from entrygear.com (tactial advantage) and had a package on my doorstep 2 days later. I opened the package and discovered that i was shipped the wrong item, i suspected something was up because they listed the pack as a "special order" and quoted 5 - 10 days before shipment. I contacted entrygear.com to report the error and try to get another pack shipped. I called after hours on a whim and talked to someone (didnt get name) and explained the error in my order. Not only did they answer the phone after hours but we were able to work out a price on the incorrect item that suited us both so i got to keep it. Furthermore i had a new pack on my doorstep 2 days after reporting the initial error. They were on top of this problem right away and really went out of their way to provide customer service and ensure my satisfaction.
Order from entrygear.com without worry, they were top notch and treated me like a valued customer even though it was my first order from them. PS - i have zero affliation with them in a business or personal manner in case anyone gets the idea that i am benefitting from this post in any way. |

I'll play:
http://www.swisslink.com/ Never ordered from them, but they have some decent stuff at reasonable prices. And some stuff I've only seen there. |
