one...aside from the store bought camelback cleaning kit, what is another GOOD way that you clean out your camelbacks....ive used a bleach and water break down before...so if anyone has
any other ideas im ears...

second, the cheapest case of MRE's ive found is 12/70$....anybody have a link for anything less?

Same thing I use on my coffee Thermos and soup Thermos, Efferdent or Polident Antibacterial Tablets.

Luckily my Mother is a denture wearer.  The tabs work great.

I should try this. I have not cleaned my camelbacks in years.

Search Craigslist in your area for MRE's. Sometimes you can find some good deals.

The dish soap sponge we have fits perfectly. Looks like this but with a round sponge:


Powder Brewery Wash and warm water works to dissolve everything if I am feeling lazy.

$60-70 shipped seems to be the going rate of MREs. Occasionally they pop up for $50 shipped. The last couple times I have bought some they were $70 shipped per case.

super hot h20,,soapy water... and  mash em around in my hands.

then rinse, rinse..and dry.

i mostly use patypus bags becuase they are easier to clean it seams..( dont mold over as easy)(

Hydrogen Peroxide will sanitize a water bladder but it should be rinsed afterward to remove the taste.
