Do you want it to fit in a pistol mag pocket?
Closest thing to that shape/size I can think of is the pelican 4AA lights

Sounds like the new Fenix LD10 is perfect for your criteria.

Single AA battery
3.9" Length
9-120 Lumen variable output

yeah, any single AA flashlight should fit, might be a little loose
fenix lights are great, and the one above has many good features, and a lot of light for its size

I hear fenix lights are bad ass bright. If it is small for the pouch just wrap it with para cord or duct tape because both are handy to have.

I've been a Surefire fan (and still am) for years, but we (my wife and I/Go Time Gear) recently started to carry (sell) the Fenix line.  I am a gear junkie, so I figured I ought to try one out.
After EDC w/ a Surefire 6P for 2+ years switching to a smaller light (L1D) ran by a single AA had me .... doubting the small light's potential performance.

I am quite pleased to say I was wrong. I love this light. I have not found anything that I do not like about this new light. Brighter than my 6P, smaller, lighter, more readily available batts.

Ooops... well one thing.... I don't care for the factory holsters that come with the lights. I wish there were more aftermarket holsters available.

Though I'm not giving up my Surefires... I am a believer in the Fenix line now.

Except that it's made in China of course.
