| Anyone have one or used one? I am thinking of buying one to go with the wife's pro 600 but wanted some opinions first. |

| I've had one for about 6 months and have used it around 6 times. I'm currently trying to figure a way to use it without electricity - I don't think it would be difficult to work up a jig for it. Anyway, it works very well. I get about a cup a minute from hard red wheat. The instruction say to run the Blender on the highest setting and after about 10 cups, to let the blended cool down. I have not had any problems with it at all. The directions also state to only run it with dry grains, as nuts, some oats, etc. contain oil that will plug it up. I have tried granola for a few cups, followed up with the hard red wheat right after and it seems to clean itself. It's well made and looks like a keeper. Just need to figure out how to use it, when off the grid. |
