I saw a map case that straps to your forearm on one of the sites like Maxpedition's, but cannot find it anywhere. Do you guys have a clue where I might find it?

Not sure about the ones that attach to the forearm, but I've used SealLine stuff in all sorts of nasty weather and never had a problem. AlokSak stuff is GTG as well.
