Just out of curiosity I was wondering what total weight you could achieve using titanium parts.

So assuming a standard upper/lower and a 16" barrel and whatever the shortest kmr rail is using a titanium barrel nut.

I built this rifle with a ton of titanium parts. Total weight with BUIS and no mag was under 5lbs. But this is using the BALIOS-light upper and lower, so add a few ounces if you'll be using a regular stripped upper and lower.

I believe NEMO arms has am all titanium build my dad told me about when he visited their factory.  I forgot the weight but they wanted $100K for it.

Here is a usable sweg rule

Aluminum is lighter than Titanium is lighter than steel

To make the lightest build you would need to use aluminum or polymer receivers, and use titanium parts in place of steel wherever you could.

Did you have a survival scenario where you were needing a super light AR?

Did you ever do a rough comparison on what the difference in weight is between the titanium parts you used and standard parts?

I have a BCM build with a kmr rail and kac micros and it feels super light. I'll have to weigh it

I built a 3lb 14oz rifle with a Precision Machine & Tool Ti carrier about 5-6 years ago.  If you really wanted to spend the time, money, and effort, you could get under 3lbs, but not with Ti parts.

I see that

Which is strange since I didn't post it here

What's even stranger is that I posted this 2 days ago and it just now showed up

No, I didn't do the analysis on my own. Much of that info is contained in this thread, however:
