Any alcohol open to the air will start to absorb moisture from the air and or evaporate leaving you with watery alcohol that isn't an effective fuel or with nothing. |

I've got some in storage I rarely used that I think I bought in 1989 or so. There's really nothing that can go "bad," denatured alcohol is just ethanol with methanol added to poison it. Neither decomposes/degrades into something else, so it has effectively infinite shelf life if sealed. |
