I have an Altoids tin full of neat little goodies a Benchmade Griptillian, lighter,  and a military field bandage for my EDC first line gear.  I have an Alice Frame with Tactical Tailor M.A.L.I.C.E. version 3 loaded to the gills with essential items as my line three gear.  I need help with my line two gear.

I am thinking maybe a LC-1 pistol belt and a utility pouch or something. Problem I see is that my tactical tailor super belt wraps nearly around my body. Probably would cause me to wear the utility pouch in the 12 o clock position.   Maybe a tac vest would be better?  Any ideas?    Here is a pic of a pack like mine for reference

I want something like this.

I have a lightweight Nike backpack that stays with me.  I keep a FAK/BOK, two additional mags, batteries, an extra lighter, a shirt, gerber multi tool, a bottle of water and my work binder in it.  It doesn't have Molle gear, doesnt attract attention, it is comfortable.

My first line gear includes a CCW 1911 and a second mag, CRKT folder, Jetbeam 550 lumen light, lighter ect.

I also keep my GHB in the car, which I think of as line 2.5?  Again, its a civilian bag.  It doubles as my ultralight hiking/camping bag and I can live out of it easily for 3 days  It has shelter, light snivel gear, a Kat water filter, food, more blade, fak ect.

I've decided that unless I am going into a dedicated battle, I don't need full battle rattle with me.  So, I have 4 mags total for my 1911, two of which stay within arms reach at all times.  When I get a decent IWB holster for G17 and switch to that for EDC, I will probably still stay at 4 mags despite the increase in capacity per mag.  I don't carry anything that is tacticool with me anymore.  That shit tends to be heavier than the civilian alternative, and attracts a lot more attention.

My old blue Nike backpack is starting its death throes, so I will be replacing it with something similar soon, again, not tactical.

Don't get me wrong, I am a gear whore and have plate carriers, chest rigs, ranger RACKs, versipacks, HAWKpaks, assault bags, rucks and I even have a SKED jumpable med ruck in the shed next to two STOMP II aid bags.  I just don't think that shit is the right answer as everyday gear for me anymore.  I don't pull a trigger for a living now, I measure houses.
