I found this on the local craigslist. They have it listed as an All-American Pressure Cooker with 12 jars for $60. First off, is there anything I should be looking for on it? Is the $60 a good deal? It's almost been listed for a month, so I may offer them $40. Thoughts?

if the rims are flat and seal to the pressure needed at your elevation... looks like the pressure gauge might need replacing or at least tested, and a pop off weight....new the 15 1/2 quart versions are about $175... new style pop off weight pictured

Little old and rough but it looks like the AA 915.

They're almost $200 now. A new gage and jiggler will run up your costs and make sure there isn't too much corrosion for your comfort level/ and make sure it still seals.
