Has anybody thought about putting together a reference guide?
Looking at whats going on right now on the east coast, I can guarantee you there are people that dont know things like the ratio of bleach to water, and simple things like that. Im sure most of us do, but in times of peril you tend to forget things. Im talking about a book, just a small pocket reference of some sort with highly useful information.
