For smaller quantities, this is the best deal I've found. Granted, you only have the choice of three colors.
For more color selection I would give a nod to Supply Captain. They have a great selection and great service. |

Haha.. I've never ordered from them (just sayin') but I've heard good thing. Let us know how it all goes down. I've seen that multicam cord, that's me think of getting some. But it'll have to wait a little while. |

Camping Survival is good but their shipping times can suck. Also they once sent me a spool of black that was in two pieces and very poor quality. However, I told them I couldn't use it and they sent me a new spool. They were supposed to give me a return shipping label but never did. Don't know why the paracord was so poor, I don't think it should have left the manufacturing warehouse.

I have 20 colors in stock right now, should have even more in stock by Monday.
All my paracord is 100% US made, 7 strand core, milspec stuff. No imported junk or cheap 4 strand core stuff. |

Thanks for those last two posts - I have them bookmarked. I did some more looking around after reading that the 1000 ft. of 550 cord may or may not come on a spool and may or may not be a continuous piece. I ended up buying 1000 ft. of MIL-C-5040 Type III 550# 8 Strand (same as is marked on my dwindling spool I currently have). I figured it is better to spend a little more and get something that will work well.

I am one of the many happy customers who have bought stuff from garand shooter. Excellant communication and handling of things. I wish he was closer because it would be fun to go in and see the place in person. I don't price shop paracord much, as mentioned there are various types running around and I really don't like getting into having to send something back or tell them I am unhappy. If garand shooter has it and it can be shipped reasonably I order from there. I have just one spool right now and some various lengths from elsewhere but lately I have been planning on just having a few spools set up on wooden dowels and the spools will come from old grouch. |
